The Forge - Episode 1 Premiere

Alright guys, its finally here (yes its real…about damn time too). As of this post the podcast is not yet listed on iTunes since it is still under review, which should take a few more days to get listed. As by user demand we’re releasing it as it stands now. Since this is more of a pilot episode than a proper episode so please excuse any rough edges of the show (shows always get better with time). We are defiantly looking for feedback that will help improve the show to you’re liking since right now we’re still shaping up the layout of the show.

In this episode we get to know our hosts and what the show is about, Fantasy Flight Games re-releases Talisman, Tim gives us his Dark Heresy Character folio and Game Masters Kit review, and Justin discusses the”Through Dracwald” Warhammer Roleplay scenario.

  1. So I just had a listen through of the podcast (been eagerly waiting for it). I must say as rough as it was, its a good start. The framework is there and you’re off to a good start, just need to work on the hosting a bit, Justin seems very forceful and sounds to be scripted while Tim is very relaxed and seems to know what hes doing (we’ll considering hes been on the DPC and TWiW).

Not to discourage you, the show is off to a good start, just work on content more (perhaps more originality since its eerily similar to the DPC.) and you will be set. You can count on me subscribing to the show, Im interested in what you guys offer and over time Im sure you’ll get much better as you go along. Plus you guys have Steve, Jeff, and Spencer who are fantastic at podcasting to help ye out.

Good work guys, looking forward to episode 2!

  2. working on original content, just need to think things up.

if anyone has any ideas for content please inform us.(will make a thread for this in the forums)

  3. I’ll give it a listen to when I download it later during my lunch here at work. Hopefully its better than that other episode that I listened to about a month ago now >_>

  4. LOLSERKINS that was horable.
