The Miniatures Wargaming Union

The day is finally here, Warhammer Online is finally released to everyone, fortunately if you’re one of the lucky ones who pre-ordered the game (like us) then you’ve already been bashing in skulls in WAR for a few days now.

Its exciting really, 3 years in development and we’ve been watching this game since the announcement. Now we can finally enter the Warhammer world and give our efforts to either taking down the forces of order or destruction. Ive been playing this since beta time, and again now for the CE headstart, I can gladly say I’m very satisfied with the game, it does feel like a Warhammer experience, not only that but also a kick-ass MMO, which for me, I’ve been trying to avoid that genre (you win this round Mythic).

So lets talk about WAR for a second and what we’re doing. We are runing a MWU guild for the game for both order and destruction. Right now myself and Chris are playing order on the Sylvania server which is also where the order guild will be made. If you wish to join us and the order guild, make sure you play on that server. As for Destruction, we have to change our plans, first we announced we we’re going to be on the Skull Throne server but due to extremely high traffic, its going to be impossible to get on to that server, so later today we will announce where the destruction server and guild will be held, stay tuned to the forums for that.

Well I hope you all are going to have fun in WAR, my Witch Hunter is itching to purge some heretics, so be sure to get online, hit us up (we’ll gladly party with ya), and we’ll see you on the battlefield. If you have not bought WAR or preorderd your copy, make sure you do so right away, its something every Warhammer fan must be playing when not on the tabletop.
