E3 is among us and THQ is showing off Dawn of War 2. So far we’ve seen the gameplay trailer that has shown off the new Eldar as a revealed race. Dawn of War 1 had an amazing (award winning) intro video that really brought Warhammer 40k to life, now they’ve done it again, prepare your jaw to drop:

As well on Gamespot they have a new developer interview that talks about the game and its modes. Thanks to steve-o194 for the find!

Im glad to see GW is noticing the podcast community, shows that this site hosts as well as other podcasts from other sites have really pushed the community and has shown GW that there is an audience for this. The episode was really good, Jervis has a very entracing voice, and is interesting to see the insiders view of the hobby. This will be GW’s second podcast, first being the VOX Casters, the GW Canada podcast and this one being the GW USA podcast.

We’re studying the new book hard and we will have our full review on episode 47 of The Drop Pod Cast as we’re dedicating the episode everything 5th edition, the episode will be out this coming week. Today I present the first of hopefully many original editor columns. This is one I had interest in doing, the idea of this weekly column (that’s right, every Friday) is to find the best the web has to offer in wargaming, let it be some amazing miniature that’s blast from the past or something new and creative, etc. Just a fun new way to bring some more uniqueness to the site and something you can count on being updated weekly.

So to start us off, lets go with something crazy.

As first seen in our pictures taken from Games Day, Forge World has put out nice clear pictures of unpainted and painted versions of the new Nurgle Dreadnaught and Sorcerer.
